We also know that measuring the right quantity of materials can be challenging. And sometimes, you order for your contingency plan but don’t need to tap into those reserves. So what happens when you’re sitting on all that unused product in new condition? We understand the frustration.

If you find the need to return your extra materials in new condition, contact our team to initiate the return process. Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer local pickup for unused materials in new condition. Our support team will guide you through the return process and answer any questions you might have.

Shipping

We ship throughout Canada. For standard sizes in Canada, our lead time is two to three weeks from receipt of your order. Products that do not require assembly typically ship within two to three days.

The specific time it will take for your products to arrive will depend on the shipping method and the distance to travel. Please know that we will pull out all the stops to get your products to you as soon as possible.

BarrierBoss also provides international shipping for large orders. We can accommodate destinations worldwide. Importantly, no import duties are involved when shipping complete panels to states. While certain restrictions may apply based on product type and location, our team is available for personalized assistance.
